I did search but nothing came up. Anyone know where to pick up a wiring diagram for a '71 (US) westy?
I have the microbus one but need to sort the extras. Cheers.

what extras are you looking for.i have put a campmobile 70 manual in the westy section if thats any use but pm what your looking for an may be able to help

Mine still has wiring,a pump and dash switch/timer etc. for an Eberspacher but no heater so I want to remove them,
it also has an electric water pump (is this original?) and second battery.

I also want to try to figure out the 110v/battery switch etc.

Cheers.

EDIT: It also has a cigarette lighter socket in the engine bay... :?

Ah, found it. Thanks - needed to get the wardrobe out for cleaning and fit new curtain, might even erect the tent to check it out. :D

Back again; I have a relay in the engine bay (left side) which I'm thinking is for the split charge but as there was an eberspacher
installed from new which is now gone, I want to be sure, has anyone a diagram for these?

Sorry haven't got a diagram to hand but the circuit is very simple. It will be a standard accessory relay which should be wired with a feed to each battery positive terminal, a connection to earth and a feed from your alternator/dynamo. The 4 terminals are numbered 85, 86, 87 and 30. 85 should be connected to ground (earth) 86 should be connected to the blue wire from your alternator or dynamo regulator. 30 and 87 should be connected to the respective positive terminals of the batteries, it's not critical which is which. Hope this helps.

Not sure if this will help also!

Giving this a bump, still trying to find a diagram that covers the inverter, fridge, lighting etc. Cheers.

Found this the other day, it's not the best diagram I've ever seen but it may help.
