Hi all,
I'm looking to replace tyres with white walls - where can I get them in commercial tyre form??
p.s. what is the stock tyre spec for a 69 Bay, is it 185/14/c???
Cheers - Rob

the wheels are being powder coated white so I'm thinking white bands otherwise there it may look o.t.t.?? but would look at the other options.
I'd rather have proper white walls, if not available then It'll have to be flaps! any pics anyone?

Go for Marshall white walls they look the best 8)

probably not the best shot with all the dust and paint , but white bands with polished beauty rings and hub caps should look the nuts, not sure what to do with the wheels, dont go the flaps route, they never look right......sorry I cant help you where to get any I know Easy has posted before regarding where he go his from which hopefully I can get a set for my spre rims which I am thinking of powder coating (sorry easy I was thinking red myself though may go black on one set)....

what weight rating would i need to get?
Thanks Paul
looking at 185r14's

strictly (from a safety point of view) your only supposed to run commercials, but every other van out there on alloys are running saloon tyres, it would be at a risk im sure :? .

Great replies - I'm going to give them links a hit now!!
p.s.I wonder how the insurance would go on if you had a smash with car tyres on?
ah well - style before safety is a good moto!!

If in doubt phone them and ask. Its bad enough having a smash, its worse if your not covered especially if someone else is involved.
