where to get wheel adaptors? early bay to porsche.

I tryed some wheel adaptors on the back of my bus and they wouldn't go over the hub nut part/ shaft bit on the rear! Don't know if anyone else has come across this problem.
So i was wondering, where do i get the adaptors to fit the rear hub of an early bay?

i was told not to use mine as they are not strong enough
get the centres machined out dude if they are the solid kind

if not i would not do it
