Which Battery?

I need to get myself a replacement battery for my van but I'm not sure which is the correct one. I see VW Heritage sell 45A ones, but what about cranking capacity and the likes. Cheers.

Like simo says ^^^ 065 for stock but I've gone 075 as I've got a bigger motor with a higher compression, 62ah 600cca And only slightly a bigger battery
