Winking headlights

Hi all,

When i dip my headlights from full beam, they wink! The left one stays on while the right one goes off.

Im new to the scene but can't imagine thats normal! Any pointers would be appreciated.

when you say wink do you mean on repeat like an indicator flash?

Checked the earths and they're fine, the headlights work on dipped then when you go to full beam the left one works fine, the right one however goes out completely leaving only the side light working. Ive also checked the relay and although I can hear it clicking i haven't checked the contacts, I'm thinking of upgrading the wiring there anyway.

Do you happen to have checked the bulb

Yep bulb is fine although the right hand side (the one that cuts out) is dimmer on the dipped setting. I assumed it was a different power outage on the bulb but will check.

Ive also had the relay out and it looks fine. Ive ordered a new loom so will update once its fitted.
