WANTED: I'm after a set of rear hub carriers preferably without bearings

Thanks

Andy

Is this to replace worn items that you already have ?
I only ask as you may find that you can still use yours if you peen the hub and lock tight the bearings in.
Also getting the correct good quality bearings will help.
There is a thread with a link to the correct items they are from a shop called to a place simply bearings (from memory)

Hi, thanks for the reply but I only need em to build some brakes up on, saves me taking the bus off the road for longer than I need.

Ahh ok, I have a pair that you could have but I would want your old ones when you take them off the bus as I wasn't intending of selling them.
They need peening and bearings. They are from a 1970.
You would also need the spacers for between the bearings.

I wouldn't want to keep them I only need to borrow them to make a jig up and then I'd send them back to you, obviously I'd pay postage. Be better if there were no bearings as they would be lighter and cheaper to send

I have a single near side one off an I import so not rusty but I have removed the bearings £35, post is probably £6ish if you can't collect
