It's not too bad tbh mate. The window enclosures all seem solid, sill was always going to go. The rear arch wasn't too bad but I thought do the whole lot instead of chasing the rust.

Did that include the spot welds on the strengtheners mate?

Hi all, Just in the process of fitting a new rear arch. Noticed that there is a seal from the wheel arch to the panel. And a lot of the strengtheners are bonded to the panel. Any tips on fitting and whether the seal is available anywhere?

Hey guys, The doors are looking pretty ropey on the Bay and need reskinning. I've looked around the main sellers and the prices are much of a muchness. In terms of quality, are they all from the same factory or is there anyone out there who makes a decent skin that shouldn't need too much...

What are you using to make the smaller cuts? I have some small areas that need cutting out but don't seem to be able to get at them with a grinder.. You using a blade saw?

They are Enkei ek98 15x7 5x112. Not sure what the offset is but I know the lug holes are too narrow for the bus's bolts so a redrill is in order. hope ...

Petrius is running Enkei not BBS, I know as I fucking love their bus and the sunroof..

Dropped satellite sounds like bullshit to me.. Surely they triangulate using the same tech as GPS applications and lock up to 7/8 birds
