Alright butt,

1/3 of the way through now, killing me already.. Been writing lists of parts for the van which are getting longer and longer.

Was randomly looking at houses and found a lovely gaff in Hereford for £325K with a double garage.. Proper love it :( Makes me wanna be old haha

Went on a bit of a shopping spree tonight, missus was heading back from London so I thought, balls to it, lets have a look about.. Egay was the stomping ground of choice..

Then I decided to order some stick on lettering as a numberplate for the front bumper and a black and silver pressed plate for the back of the van.

Loving the sink/burner combo - am debating replacing my single ring with one of those so be good to see it all fitted!

4 inch Narrowed beam with dropped spindles and adjuster on front
3 splines down on rear.
Shes pretty damn low but fun as hell to drive.. Worried about MOT time and her being too low though.

The drive home from Ipswich, in the dark, with 1 working wiper and it pissing down, tramlining all over the A14 was emotional.. Dropped to -2 at one point with no heating made Dicky feel rather down..

:D

So its been ages since I posted anything up but here goes..

Doesn't look like much but this is a list of the jobs completed.

Smev installation with split pipework for propex
Propex installed
All seating recovered
All door cards recovered
LED Lighting installed
Leisure battery installed
USB double port installed
All curtains installed (shitty JK plastic rails suck)
Spare wiring installed for any other aux units to be added.

Looks like a lot of bodywork! Was it bad? I dread the day I need to do mine. Fair play for doing it all yourself. I'm in Cheltenham too, not seen many T2s about - the only other one I can think of seeing recently is a late bay - dark green I think, with a no. 8 on the spare wheel cover on the front. Give us a shout when lock-down is over.

It's not too bad tbh mate. The window enclosures all seem solid, sill was always going to go. The rear arch wasn't too bad but I thought do the whole lot instead of chasing the rust.
