it was John Maher THE engine builder that did the comparison as the customer already had the stock style one on his 1600 and the stock one gave out more bottom end torque than the SQP, 1776 twin webers cam etc etc not sure but I think a vacuum dissy was used,

In order for these to be fixed in securely you need to take the engine and petrol tank out so that you can bolt them in otherwise they are just held in with self tapping screws. another point is that when in the seat posion they are too high so your head is in the ceiling and when sat on them...
