excellent guys...thanks for the replies, I will follow them all up and letyou know what we come up with. at the moment I've put it on my tradex policy for a month...but they will only value it to around 8k...so its a temporary measure

its the business and commuting I need......in fact if you check your policy it will almost certainly exclude journeys to and from place of work........worth bearing in mind for someone who just hops in their bus to work occasionally!

Has anyone managed to find a policy which will insure your bus for its proper value and allow business use? It must be possible as there are many wedding/coffee/ice-cream bays and splits......all the regular insurers that cover commercial vans don't offer any agreed valuation or value them much...

this is a lovely 70's rack....not too heavy follows the contour of the roof. Unfortunately I need a flat one for my roof tent. It has been repainted white...in very good nick with original fittings. I have restained and varnished the slats. £150
