Hi all, My van doesn't have a thermostat. Do the cooling flaps spring to the fully open position or do I need to fix the control in the opposite position. I'm concerned the van may be running hot but not sure on how the flaps work without the thermostat. Thanks in anticipation, Harvey

Looking at HX's, they look to have gone around the front clamps and do have oil outside. Left side also looks to have a hole in the frontal downward bend. I'll have a look at some replacements. Thx.
