Spend a few hours yesterday to clean up the engine room. I wan't to keep the color 'patina as well, so only removed the old grease and dust ;-) Now only remove some old traces of glue (I think it's glue). Also removed the fuel tank, cleaned it and placed it back. The wheels are there already...

Thanks all! Leave the dents is an option . . . the patina bay with a story :o Last week the airride-beam finally arrived . . . after months of waiting I can start to build things up. Only the air bags aren't there yet, but will come quickly (I hope). The beam is a branded with my own company...

Cool project and nice bay! Like your wheels a lot! Did you changed your brakes, or did you place some adapters on the original brakedrums?

Thnx Dubscum and Airtime! I didn't remove the OG paint at the bottom . . . I know RX5 works best on blank steel (with at least 24 hrs of surface rust on it). So this is a test with RX5 on a 'painted' bottom ;)
