Next year my daughter gets married at Gretna. I thought myself and the long haired general would go up in the van and spend a week or so going up the east coast then back down the west. Any recommendations for campsites and any good roads I should travel on. Never really been around...

I think I may have messed about too much with the lifter now. Opened it closed it possibly mullered. I will give it another go at the weekend. I changed My other one a few years ago and had no problems

so I ive been trying to get a new lift channel and rubber fitted to the van drivers window. In principle it’s a simple task in reality it’s Uber frustrating. Any tips please.

I’m 55. I’m at the stage where I first parade and last parade the van. which basically means check the oil check everything is where it should be give the tyres a kick, check the brake fluid before I go and when I get back from a journey.

I had to change my ignition barrel last year. Massive faff. It’s not been the same since. Barrel pops out now and again plus I have to turn the key in one go. Ignition switch is also probably on the way out. I’m thinking of a push button start with a cut off key somewhere. has anyone done this...

So after reading the thread on grinding noise from steering box. I thought I had better look at mine. I’ve not touched it EVER. So decided to clean it up before topping it up and this came out of the gunge. I take it it’s a part and serial number plate?
