    Tank sealer KBS or POR-15?????????

I used the KBS frame coating kit to underseal my van last year. Still going strong. Dropping the engine and tank is a job for me this winter as there's a ton of crap in there! I'll be using KBS stuff again. On a side note I recently swapped out my shot PICT carb and replaced with it with twin...

    Panel Van Porn

That's a nice panel ^^^. I can't wait for vintagespeed to start making exhausts that clear the support bar on Bays with T1 motors. MT Lee told me they are coming this winter! Going for the hidden tailpipe as above. Looks really tidy. Just hoping my rusted to S**T stock exhaust lasts till then...

    Timing Gun

I bought the Gunson 'Workshop Timing Light' from halfords. Was pricey but its bullet proof and you just dial-in the advance you are after on the back of the gun. Very simple to use. I intend to service my van regularly for many years to come so I just tend to buy quality and buy once ;)

-Panel van owners- Insurance help please!

Thanks guys. Some very tasty quotes you've had there. Will be checking them out over the weekend. Any more recommendations? Any views on HIC? I see they do a 'classic van' specific insurance. Guessing they are dear tho  Cheers, Pete

-Panel van owners- Insurance help please!

Hi all, I'm finding it hard to even get a quote from some insurance companies. :? Owned my van for just over a year and have been with Sureterm but fed up with their quite frankly awful customer service. My van is a '71 panel. Modifications: Lowered 4" up front on adjusters, 1 spline...

    1969 Portugese Panel Van

Good work Grazy. When you've got the underside solid I can not recommend KBS products enough for the prep and finish. I used their Aqua Klean, Rust Blast and Rust Seal from The Rust Shop on the underside of my bus. I did 3 coats of the rust seal in Matt black. You could go one further and do a...
