I bought the Gunson 'Workshop Timing Light' from halfords. Was pricey but its bullet proof and you just dial-in the advance you are after on the back of the gun. Very simple to use. I intend to service my van regularly for many years to come so I just tend to buy quality and buy once ;)

Good work Grazy. When you've got the underside solid I can not recommend KBS products enough for the prep and finish. I used their Aqua Klean, Rust Blast and Rust Seal from The Rust Shop on the underside of my bus. I did 3 coats of the rust seal in Matt black. You could go one further and do a...
