1968 LHD cali import bay window deluxe microbus (trim holes have been welded up for some reason)
8" inboard mounted raised and narrowed beam and dropped spindles
custom front shock towers mounted direct to chassis
tubbed front arches
modified gear linkage to clear beam
rear has 4" raised banana plates
rear chassis notched to clear axles
15" solid steels running 165/45/15s at the front
solid all round
11 months mot and tax.
interior has 2x benches in rear trimmed in grey and black
original front seats are trimmed to match and supplied but will need mods to fit on tubs.
comes with brand new black headliner that needs fitting.
beetle rear seat as front bench
1600 twinport engine.
very solid bus and drives very well for how low it is.
only issues are that the rear hatch can be a bitch to close as one of the hinges bolt hole has ovaled so locks up and the sliding door is not original to this bus its white under the primer.
im after £6250 no offers which is a bargain bearing in mind all the work you would need to do to get a solid bus and then get it this low (also the fact you could get a decent profit if you held it until next season).
