1968 T2 Early Bay California Import

Hi,

We imported this lovely 1968 Volkswagen Camper California last year.

It is all ready for the summer season.

This is a left hand drive really smart Van.

All registered and MOT'D in the UK.

With brand new full width rock n' roll bed and new flooring and cab carpet.

New sliding door rubber.

New cab step rubbers.

New twin exhaust.

Complete professional rewire of electrics under the dash.

New gearbox.

New brakes.

New headlights.

Fresh dashboard.

The roof and side panels are in good order and it has matching cab seats.

With Original VW wheel trims there is minimal exterior rust spots with no structural rust other than surface.

It has an almost complete set of waistline trims to be added.

Cab floor has had some welding done to it and could likely do with some more, other than that it is a really sound Van.

It starts and runs like a dream and sounds amazing.

Hi. thanks for your message. The engine is a standard 1600cc engine, it runs well and starts first time. Could do with timing setting up probably but nothing major. No oil leaks! It was Imported from the States where it lived.
