1971 sunroof deluxe wanted, model with power assisted front discs and powerful!!! :D dp engine, microbus with walkthrough front seats, in good/excellent condition.
Doesn't everyone want one!
Many thanks

Hi There

Is it only a 1971 that you want? We have a 1972 crossover sunroof deluxe on its way from California. So has all the brake spec you are looking for and its a 2.0ltr, type 4 engine so more powerful. Obviously being a crossover it has the early front end but later back.

Obviously from the pictures she needs a bit of tiding up. The camper interior can be swapped for a microbus interior (we have a few in stock). They would all be re-trimmed along with the front seats. We usually sell all our vans MOT'd, registered, Taxed and ready to go but you could always do this yourself...?? Price depends on spec...

I have one and have been thinking of selling to fund another project.
It is LHD Deluxe sunroof bus imported from California.
7 seater walkthrough.

The only rust was below the windscreen and that was cut out and a new panel welded in, all original paint apart from the nose and all rust free throughout.Straight and reliable.
Bus is Kansas beige lower, White upper and roof
Has a brand new TMI interior fittted throughout inc headlining, a fully working sunroof which does not leak . Power brakes and red 9 lowered all round though not too drastic. Also installed anti roll bars so it corners like on rails.
A 1914 engine was ordered from Powerhause in California and built and shipped to my spec, too much to list but it sounds mean and pulls like a train, twin 44s, full flow cooling, mahle pistons blah di blah di blah
all powder coated so the engine bay is nice and blingy but from the outside this is a real Q bus.
Also freeway flyer tranny to help with cruising.
This bus pulls a caravan no problem.

Bus is sound proofed with matting from damplifyer
No expense spared and as you might imagine all this was not cheap.
Full service file from when I have owned from local VW specialist.
Been told I should ask at £15K, well thats way under what I have spent but the market will decide I guess.

Hoping to be at Peppercorn on the Sunday

PM if you want more info, details
