1972 DEVON HAMMOCK BEDS.....PLEASE HELP :-)

Hi. Never used forums b4.....lol
Ive got a 72 devon and I am replacing the hammock beds as the material on the original ones is badly ripped.I was wondering if anybody knows where I can get hold of an original second hand pair, or if I can get the fabric that the original where made from to make some...?

I'm in the same boat as you, Mine are ripped =(

My guess is that if you can find a suitable, nice looking material that is strong enough, Someone with some sewing know how will be able to re fit some material to the frame.. Im going to take mine off, re spray the frames and get them re done... Just a matter of finding the time!

As for buying complete replacements, i've seen a few lurking about on ebay, and places like partsemporium (most likely) and volksheaven (Maybe as they see so many busses!) could help you
