Testing the water here really but things are tight with moving house and kids etc. Just not got the time and money to finish off which im gutted about as had big plans for this bus.
So its a french import lhd August 67 bay, one of the first 500 off the production line ive been told. Its had the whole bottom quarter sorted out including new corner, sills, lower front, cargo floor, new outriggers, jacking points, top hats, chassis rails, side sills etc so is solid so all the hard work has been done. As well as the front disc conversion is has also had new ball joints, wheel cylinders on the back and complete new brake pipes and hoses all round.also have both bumpers, good tyres all round, lots of other spare parts. Currently has gearbox but no engine and completely empty inside apart from porsche tombstone seats so is a blank canvas. Its been lowered all round with a red9design coil over kit. To be honest its not far off an mot but ive just run out of time. Its currently at manflowers restoration in evesham having the bits i mentioned finished off. This bus could easily be on the road after a weekends work. Offers around £4500 pics to follow
Cheers
