Holy ***** Fair play to you on taking on such a project and good on you for saving another early bay instead of breaking it for parts 8)

Thanks mate! i do believe the piles of rust are getting smaller every time i start prodding the van, so i must be doing some good!!. Main chassis rails dont seem bad, which i am very grateful for.

Mate don't worry I've been doing some digging and found out that they are bit of a bitch to do with new rubbers ! Just need to thump them really hard to get the corners in, Maybe a bit of soapy water. We'll have another crack at the weekend.

hi, i'm fitting a new roof skin, i've taken the roof off a van by drilling the tack welds. I'm joggling the new skin in. 7' x 4' . If you need any roof parts, like the full gutter section, any interior skin parts your welcome to come collect them!!!! there free

Thanks for the offer of the roof parts mate, i'm hoping the roof is mainly done, i found some more tinworm on the chassis rails close to the front beam which will be tricky to repair, gutted!!, i think this will set me back a week. maybe more if i find more rot

Where's the other 2 years worth of pics!

ERM, i guess i got carried away with all the jobs along the way, moving house, 2 camping hols in cornwall, yes in that bus 8) 8) !!!!. I have some pics i took during the prep at the paintshop which i'll try and put on ;) . I've still got several windows and interior bits to fit, indicators blowing fuses etc, then its MOT time, and then hopefully it will be ready for Bustypes in Oswestry, thanks for all the replies
