Hi, this is my 69 that i have for sale as a project. She is very original in most ways but needs a fair bit of tlc to bring to her back to her former glory!
I am not sure of the busses origins as its RHD but the speedo is in kmh and i am told that the chassis plate does not have the EN on it. Have a look at the pics, any ideas??
It is taxed untill Nov 07 but has run out of the dreaded MOT, it will need welding!
I drove the bus from Edinburgh to home last month (an 11 hour trip) and she was good as gold, the motor, gearbox, brakes etc etc appear to be fine.
It has a working Eberspacher heater in the engine bay and it looks to be factory fitted, it works a treat! It also has the original clock in the dash that works and a blower behind the dash that looks factory (it also works).
The interior is great, it is very complete and usable, the wood headlining, cupboards are in very good condition for its age!
I have a big folder of reciepts etc etc for her that go back years and years and makes some interesting reading.
I will only sell this bus to someone to restore her, it is NOT for breaking.
Hey, check out the pics and see what you think, i will be more than happy to talk over the phone and send more pics to anyone that is interested!
Right, i have just tried to add a few pics and cant work it out (computers are not my strong point) any help appreciated!
I am looking for £3,500 for her.[/img]
