Has anyone come up with a good solution for covering the engine air intakes to stop rain dropping into batteries etc?

I know the front air vents can use cling film or similar which is what used to do on my dads old Land Rover.

Our bus is parked on the street all year round and don’t tend to use a cover all the time. Wondering if someone had a smart solution before I work something out.

Would get these harrier jump jet engine bungs but they’re a bit pricey [emoji23]

If you're worried about rain dripping on to the batteries then maybe consider a battery box?

I clip a small towel to each side when parked up camping. (Peg on the drip rail.)
Garaged otherwise. Hope it helps.
