years ago i replaced the rubber hold downs to secure the poptop to the bus while driving with toggle clamps, a great improvement but a little fiddly with the space allowed and alignement.
this spring im going to replace the tent and also the hold downs, does anyone have experience with this system?

basically webbing, hooks and a strap clamp, looks like a great solution to me!
also does anyone have any experience with proudtopop custom canvases? im thinking of having one made up in delft blue! but at 620 quid plus its not cheap!!
