Being an 'office bod' so to speak, overtime isn't really optional. When the extra work is there I have to do it, when it's not I don't.

Also, in our local VW group down here we try to use our skills to help other people. My mate is a welder by trade, so he will be helping out with the welding. Similarly, when his car is ready to be rewired I'll help out with that as I don't mind electrics. Everybody's happy and we save a bit of money.
