I have a similar one and they are a bitch to put on and remove due to the clamps which are loosened/tightened only by an open spanner. There is no space for a ratchet socket between the strut and the nut.

My @NLAVW roof rack arrived yesterday and I must say i'm very impressed, I prefer the look of them over the others around, and the build quality seems great, and stainless so won't rust.

I managed to get it brand new for a steal too - £175.00 inc postage (rather than £300.00) as a result of a temporary deal they were doing via they're ebay sales. They are currently £230.00 on ebay but reduced to £195.00 for 3 more days, which is still a great saving from £300.00.

Me too, had decided to go for this one at some point before the summer, then saw it on eBay. When I got it the listing price was £195 but in the text it said phone up for an extra 10% off hence why I got it for £175, so might be worth calling them to see if they're still doing that deal, includes free next day delivery too.
