I went to have a look at this van with a view to buying. It was actually very nice. It all seemed to be there too. it clearly needed sills,front panel,corners etc, but the main chassis was good. Very do-able...but slightly over what i wanted to spend. Seemed a nice guy too!

(I actually bought a much better condition (late bay) for £750 a few weeks later)

I seem to be the only person (on this thread) that actually looked at this van. seems a tad unfair to take the mikey out of a van that you actually havent looked at.
just my opinion.
(I restore vans all the time and this was a good project for this season.....and I looked at it!)

Likewise. I'd love to see it restored to stock, seeing as it has all of its original interior.
