took all my windows out today ready for seal renewal but I'd noticed my quarter lights were all secure at the top hinge but loose at the bottom hinge and could be pulled out easily.

Took apart to inspect and it seems there is a square boss on the pin which has worn or rotted down so no longer retains the quarter frame;

I cannot find anyone selling them, wondered if anyone knows where I can get?

If not I might try and get some manufactured. If I do that is there any demand for them from earlybayers?

I just welded mine back on, still leaks with new seals though, so might just replace with full window glass.

I figured it would just slot in not be permanently attached. Didn't welding just blow the chrome off?

I thought about full window but I like the option of opening rear windows. I keep it in a garage anyway so no biggie if they leak a little

It's a glass out job I'm afraid, if you're careful you can get a small amount of weld on the inside of the frame to hold the pin in place, and make sure the pivot pins are well greased with some white grease. Also the window is a pain to get back into the frame with the new seal. Mine are black painted ones so no worries about trashing the chrome.
Could look out for a good used 1/4 light, the l/h ones are easier to find than the r/h ones.
