Are these normal ?

Hi, can anyone tell me if they also have these under their back seats please ?
Are they normal or has my bus been modified to provide extra hot air to the passengers ?
If you have got them, have you unplugged them with any success ?
Oh and its a 1970 tintop

Yes. Completely normal for a microbus. They are the pipes that should go to the underseat rear compartment heater.
The outlets have been removed & blocked up.
