Automatic fire extinguisher and fuel shut off relay

Has anyone any good or bad recommendations for automatic fire extinguishers? I'm thinking of getting the Flexitec by http://www.flameskill.co.uk" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Also I've heard that I should also think about getting a fuel shut off relay fitted. Is this easy to do?
