Baby seat options?

We have a baby due in the next few weeks and it has got me thinking about car seats and options.
I have an 1969 camper (originally a panel van) with a old bluebird customs rock and roll bed in the back and I'm concerned that this bed isn't suited to having seat belts fitted round.
The more I research the more I get confused so any help would be much appreciated.

there is a method to attach isofix mounts to the chassis i recall someone doing a tutorial around how to do this. It does require welding and fabrication but by far the safest easiest way to attach seat.
