I don't really want to sell these but they sit out a little to far for what I want.
I bought them for my bay and they look pretty cool IMO.
But....I have tubbed the bus and these sit a little proud of the tubs so I wouldn't be able to tuck them meaning the tubs would have been a waste of time so they can't go on.
I bought them from a rather well off classic merc dealer. He pretty much said he only deals in split rims and parts that are worth top top money so he wasn't interested in them :lol:
Long story short..... They were only ever used in a mercedes lorinser show room in Austria. Tyres were fitted whilst on show and then they were taken off and the wheels went into storage up until recently when the guy bought a job lot of NOS parts and had them shipped to the uk.
So other than a few storage marks and from when the tyres went on and off they are practically new. One still has a sticker on with what I assume is the optional extra price on it.
The down side is they are metric but there's plenty of tyres for them on eBay.
I have 5 wheels and 4 center caps.
The center caps are all original metal that I'm told are very rare. One has a small split, looks like some one has tried to snip it off from the inside? You can't see it when it's on the wheel so it doesn't affect the look.
They measure 7x15.35 I think and take a trx metric tyre.
Et is 22 so they would go on bays or type25s okay.
Anyway give us a shout if your interested, like I say I don't really want to sell them as I like looking at them. I'm very tempted to turn them into tables so I can keep one in the front room:lol:
