Blanking off holes in front bumper

As above, Im fitting US plates on my bus but it's going to leave holes in the front bumper either side where the UK plates were wider, any ideas where to get something to blank the holes off? Chrome or white?

Could you not use chrome bumper bolts ?

That's what I was hoping to do, but I was wondering if any of the main suppliers sell them off the shelf rather than painting them myself.

Don't the bumper bolts have a square shaped part behind the head?

B&Q sell domed headed bolts of various sizes some with the square section behind or without, you could always file the hole square. Bumper on a 70 would be cloud white most local paint suppliers will mix you up an aerosol can for a tenner.
