Bungs in cargo floor

I'm on with with sorting the floor out in the bus, given it a touch up with hammerite over some surface rust spots etc, before I board it. There are a couple of them bungs with a plastic screw in missing, are these essential? Is water likely to come in and soak the ply if I don't bother? Are they available to buy? 8)

can you see to the out side or is it the fixing point for the middle seat
if you can see out side day light bung em up ;)
 
Ile take some pics in a bit there are quite a few of them, I'm sure there common. Like a plastic screw
 
Andy they're seat belt mounting holes.Same plastic screws fitted to beetles,type 3 might have got some knocking about will check.Ohtherwise just fit some seat belt bolts.

Ile put some bolts in! There are a couple of small ones missing too near the rear wheel tubs, ile put a bolt in them too. Ile try and get down to unit over Xmas Steve
