Cab door differences

I need a set of doors for the front of my 67 Bay.
Seen the JK brand new doors, anyone used these before? are they any good?
Can they be modified to use push button handles? if so how?
Any other differences over 67 bay doors?

Not sure if they can be modified but I have a 67 door off my van thats for sale. It's rust free but has had a repair in the past around the window frame. perfectly useable but would need a bit of work if it's to go on a restored bus. Can sort pictures later if you are interested.
