Hi,
just thought id let you all know how good this company is,...........i decided to buy a lantern from them after seeing one advertised in camper and bus this month,........... anyway ordered on sun morning by phone (think i woke them up) ooops!, they dispatched mon morn, i received on tues but unfortunately it was smashed in transit, gave them a call and to be honest they couldn't have been nicer about it , sent a replacement straight away and received the new one today,...........how cool is that, the said to keep the first one they sent (still works) as it wasn't worth the hassle to arrange collection etc and just to email some pictures of the bust one (only if i didn't mind) so they could claim from courier
I'm well impressed, top quality product and not often you get service like that these days!!
