Yes- so they're screwed into loose plates in the bodywork and in the engine lid.
I would suggest treading carefully purely because the threads are often seized and the screws aren't THAT strong. Job a bit of plusgas on them a couple of days beforehand, then try to undo 'em with an appropriately sized screwdriver. Won't hurt to give it a couple of smacks with a light hammer before you start undoing 'em to loosen any corrosion.
Try to undo one of them a bit on the bodywork- if that comes loose, do the other one, move it, tighten it back up. If you snap the screw head off, run away and pretend you're happy with a slightly recessed boot lid.
