Got the twin 34's fitted and it's running well rough.
Fiddled and faffed about today down the yard (thanks Nick & Colin), but still running awful.
The only way I can get it to run is by sticking a rag in the L/H carb throat to choke it down, otherwise it's running too weak. R/H carb seems to be OK.
We have stripped the carb down and cleaned all the jets and float valve.
Any suggestions please. I need to get to Oktoberfest on both carbs really. :D

Not meaning to state the bleedin' obvious or teach sucking eggs, but are the jet sizes correct and the same in both carbs? Have heard of kits being supplied with mis-matched carbs, just a thought.

Thanks Pete, but have stripped the carb to pieces and the emulsion tube is f*cked. Seems to be blocked and is corroded into the carb body. This apparently a common fault with carburetors.
Eurocarb are kindly sending another carb overnight. :D

However the dizzy won't advance now, so I'm having to strip one off an engine in the garage.
