Carb Replacement

I've got a Solex 30PICT - 1, im running 1600sp stock setup. What would be a good replacement carb as mines leaking fuel? Or anyone know where i could get a good re-con unit?

he rebuilds solex carbs & has plenty of happy customers
he might have one ready & could do a straight swap

Yes, as long as you can find suitable single port manifolds - iirc you can get them for 34ICTs & for dellorto drla/weber idfs - look on here for an early "kombiporsche" post pretty sure he has drlas on a single port

My mistake he had kadrons on single port manifolds:

Bugjulie is your best bet.

Eurocarb can supply SP manifolds for ICT Webers.

Hiya Matt,

1600 single ports came with 30PICT3s from the factory. A rebuilt Solex 30PICT3 would be your best choice if you are looking at a stock type set-up. A Solex 30/31 (also rebuilt) would be a second choice. A new Bocar or Brosol 30/31 would be a distant third choice.
