Idling issue

Hi all,

Suddenly having idling issues and running problems and now won't even idle for more than 15 seconds.

Checked vacuum and all good. Broken down carb and fine. Seems to be no air leaks.

I've got a crappy aftermarket ignition switch and key hole which I am replacing with an original 68 bay unit. I am just wondering if this aftermarket ignition and switch can cause this issue because the key doesn't even seem to fit correctly and falls out easily and any other key can start the bus aswell!

What carb are u using?

You said you have broken down the carb and all good. Did you change the gasket on top of the carb? Is it a Solex carb? It could be the float height needs setting correctly.
