I got one from GSF, it was cheap enough.
I used an engine stud & 19mm socket to push them out & in rather than hitting them. (It got stuck when I hit it!) I used a 27mm on the top, so the old bush can go up inside it.
It makes it a whole lot easier & quicker.

Did mine last week. Same method with socket and a long bolt to pull them in. Got the kit from gsf £17.50 plus vat. What a difference now goes where I want it to :mrgreen:
