About to put it back in the bus but need to test it for leaks and give it a thorough clean, that and all the related pipe work.

Any tips from those that have done this?

Hiya 5erge,

Take a look at Ratwell's write-up on fuel tank restoration..................

He's actually cleaning out the tank to prepare for a coating but the procedure could well help you.

Never tried it myself but heard, putting marble's in the tank and giving it a good shack around should remove some of the old crap in there?

Yeah I was told small ball bearings, tape the open ends off with gaffa (remember to remove the sender first!) and give it a shake to loosen the rust.
I believe you can also buy specialist fuel tank cleaner and a sealer from places like Frosts.
