Remember to put Saturday September 14th in your diaries for this year's show.

We've got together with the organisers of Berkeley Castle VW Show that is being held on Sunday 15th September to give you a West Country VW weekend to remember. 2 different shows, at 2 different venues

We're finalising a camping deal for the Friday and Saturday night at a Vee-Dub friendly campsite to let you get down for the weekend and chill out, and then cruise up to Gloucester on the Sunday

We're looking for sponsors to help fund the event, this ensures we are able to donate as much as possible to the nominated charities. We're inviting people to advertise, both in the programme and also on the website. Advertisers logos are also included on the tee-shirts and hoodies, showing the Vee-Dub community that you added your support to a great show that has raised in excess of £12,000 to date for charity.

PLEASE FEEL FREE TO SPREAD THE WORD OF OUR NEW DATE ETC ON YOUR CLUB FORUMS ETC

We want to get as many Vee-Dub related traders for the day too. For any information please contact me at [email protected] Please keep coming back to the site, we're going to be updating it very soon. With brand new artwork coming from Lemorris too, we're already getting excited about it!

Folks, can you help me spread the word?
We want to make that everyone knows
Cruise To The Prom is NOT happening this weekend, it has been moved to Saturday 14th September.
It is the day before Berkeley Castle VW Show.
CTTP have sorted a discount with Unity Farm camp site in Brean to enable people to camp Friday and/or Saturday nights to do both shows that weekend.
It's like a West Country VW Extravaganza!

We don't want loads of people turning up in Weston-super-Mare thinking the event is on and creating havoc, or trying to get on to the lawns as if we have complaints to the council or police it could jeopordise our future events.

I've put it up on FaceBook but any other help in spreading the word would be much appreciated.
