I have an og Devon cooker (Dudley) and a HUGE butane cylinder in the back of the van, piped underneath.

Ideally I want to fit a slim cylinder no wider than 8" in the swing-out cupboard that houses the cooker. However I can only find propane cylinders that fit.

So, daft question time...is it safe to hook the old Dudley up to propane?

Anybody any ideas? Cheers.
