Devon Table Leg Mountings

Hi..I've just managed to source a genuine Devon table for my van and one leg (better than none).

Does anyone have or know where I can get the table leg brackets ?.

I need the four small ones (assuming I can find some more legs and the larger middle one for when it's in the van.

Any help or leads welcome.
