I heard my bus is a '67 Bay-window,from the earliest months ??? # 218-051-036 .Not sure,can anyone help me??
I own a Neptune-Blue,bench-seat ,ex-panel bus converted to camper by Caravelle
in Oregon,USA,where it was delivered from Hannover,Germany.
The engine is a 1500cc ,not sure if its original, but the number is # 0028819.

I am in the process of slamming it ,fit it with gun-metal raders/radars and tires with thin
red lines 50 in the front 55 in the back.I am also sanding it down to the original Neptune-Blue

I will also redo the interior from roof to kick panels, all by myself. Will make it from scratch,
maybe something like a SO44 :)

But it looks like a bus id like to own.

The August '67 bus (think the earliest known surviving bay anywhere) is now in the hands of Graham L (on here) aka http://www.midlandearlybay.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; and I believe is for sale. And my bus is October '67.

It was built on November 17 1967

10 days before mine! :)
