Hi!

Any ideas if this Dormobile type seat oven would fit a lhd 70 Westy?

Does it need a specialy modded seat to fit, or will it fit my stock one? Dont know if it's a problem, as do these normally fit passenger side, but mine is the drivers if that makes sense?!

Any help would be very much appreciated

Heres some pics to help:

It wont easily fit behind your drivers seat due to the steering wheel, could be made to fit behind your passenger seat but the gas knobs will point out through the door - ok if the weather is good. The "shelf" fitted into the pass seat in the pics isnt necessarily needed, and it would probably fit behind the seat without the scoop.
Let me know if you need more info.

The Dormy cooker is attached to the seat bulkhead, behind the rear of the seat. Can't see why you cant attasch it to that but yours is LHD and it looks like the cooker came from RHD???
when you lift the seat up the cooker is independant of the seat, standing on its own built in legs.
If you can get your exsisting seat,to fold up and fprward then great, otherwise you'll need a folding Dormy seat.
but then like Alistair says, it won't fit on the drivers side because the steeering wheel will prevent you folding the seat forward.
If you have it on the other side the cooker knobs will face the inside of the van.
