Earlybay Surf Campout 12-13th June CANCELLED

after hijacking marchers thread there is going to be a summer meet of earlybay( but all aircooled welcome) surf meet. It will cost £8 per night for a bus+ awning + hook up+two adults+two kids...weirdly dags are an extra quid...proper cornish.
It seems june 13-14th is the best date. All intrested parties please register their willingness to partake as the site needs to accomodate us.This is not a profit making enterprise merely a meet up and have fun job. :wink:

So what if non surfers came along? Would they be stuck in a field of vw's with no one to talk to, 'cos they are all surfing.....???
Only asking as i am a fully paid up member of the non surfing club.

theres loads to do down here and if you don`t fancy a surf then welcome to britains only bar on the beach! quite literally. Check out the "watering hole" ONLINE.
Apologies for not keeping this thread informed i`m just going through the most hectic and stressful period of my life work, work,work and more work..i seriously need to consider splitting myself in two if not three. I will get the campsite info soon and i will get hire prices for those that need it.

BUDNIC which i believe to be the best campsite in perranporth area costs £5 per bus and then an additional £5 per person £2.50 per child(3-13) and 50p per dag. These are prices per night. This is a lot more than other sites but it is a beautiful setting nice and quiet and very close to town. 5 mins walk to beach with lots of trees etc. This will save £3.50 per day on parking.
For surf hire and lessons take a look at http://www.perranporthsurfschool.co.uk" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; the guy will probably give us a discount on a group booking. If you speak to him ask him to say "white bread brown bread" :wink:

would just like to reiterate that this is not an "event" purely a gatering of earlybayers,( and the odd splitter..you know who you are :lol: ). The only entertainment will be the surf, sea and sand the barbie and a few beers. All are welcome sufers or not.

So its more expensive than the original site but it waill save £3.50 a day parking and is lterally 5 mins to the beach walking.

This sounds perfect £36 for 2 nights beach,surfing,beers,bbq by the way i have never surfed but allways wanted to so would be up for 1 lesson and a few hours in the sea,and just relaxing.The cost of petrol is the killer i would be coming from Suffolk 370 miles but we are going to sit down tonight to check dates ect.Any haggling on the dog price as mine is the size of a hamster :lol:

Was going on 28/29 for daz's birthday but changed dates so
Ian & Nic no dag, but I could go out and get one if I have too :lol:

Budnic was quiet last year at this time so should be no issue getting in,

PS they are not good at answering the phone if your trying to book in advance

i`m looking forward to this weekend. If anyone wants to book then i think its best if i have a word with the owner and try and get a discount. I was assuming it was a Friday night and Saturday night too 12th and 13th. We'll be down late Fri and be leaving Sunday after lunch.

Wont be able to leave until after school 5.00 ish so will be late too.

If your doing a week in cornwall can I reccomend riverside just outside newquay, budnic is ok for a weekend but not realyy for a family for a week
