Earlybay westie. US import solid, slammed and ready to go

I imported this bus from the States. It was totally stock and in need of love!

It has the original Montana red paint underneath. Which i have rubbed back on the bottom to give it a Rat Rod feel, with a 1970's style go fast stripe with the OG paint.

The body is totally solid and rot free, its has badass patina and a few dints all adding to the character.

Everything on the bus has been replaced or rebuilt (other then the body) so I'll start at the top.

Its had a new WW roof canvas:
New roof hinges
New roof seals
Continental full length rock and roll bed
recovered door cards
rebuild solex carb
rebuilt outer engine with new push rod tubes etc
full new wiring loom
rebuilt steering box
link pin, narrowed adjustable beam
narrowed A arms
short shocks
drop spindles
front tubs
front and rear chassis notch's
engine bar shaved
adjustable rear spring plates
rebuilt rear drum brakes
New front discs and calipers
new master cylinder and brake lines

no expense spared on slamming it, rides smooth as!

It's been to Ninove and back and family holidays round Cornwall and norfolk. The OG heating works too ! t-shirts in winter while driving I kid you not

1600tp mate. Pulls well and cruises nicely at 60 on motorway, but does not like hills :lol: but makes it up them in the end
