I have been talking to Dave from Creative Engineering about his Early Bay steering rack and he has made a request:

He is looking for a stock or moderately lowered Right Hand Drive bus to finish his design process. It is important that the bus has had no chassis mods, damage or repairs. He will do the fitting for free and may offer the rack at a discounted price too.

If you are interested his contact details are here:

http://www.creative-engineering.com/cgi-bin/shop/web_store.cgi" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Please could you PM me if you do contact him etc as I am trying to discuss the rack with him at the moment.

Thanks

Jon

This is a rhd bus you're after, with no chassis mods, damage or repairs. Counts most of the UK ones out then, especially mine. :wink:

Might give him a bell :wink:

Hi Jon, think my bus fits the bill but I don't know what you're talking about :lol: :oops: Do I want one? :mrgreen:

Prob too far away as well, if he has trouble finding one closer let us know, will be staying stock for duration of winter months :D

Hey mate

Worth giving him a call, I know other people have contacted him so he may have someone already.

It is basically a steering rack instead of a box, much better with a more positive feel.

and...whats it like????quite eager to hear about this
I have only done 14 miles in it so can really tell I have just replaced the beam with one from creative.
The beam I had in there had been sand blasted and the grit was not all cleaned out and the swinging arm bears were jam soild making for a bumpy ride.
All back togather now but I went to start her today and she wont go I think the Pertronix Ignitor II has gone and died on my so back to points i think.
