Started to fit out my new doors, tried to to fit the 73 locks / pull things and the holes don't line up on the brand new door, do you have to drill the door and use nuts & bolts to make them fit?

Yep that's right.

Once you've drilled the new holes be careful of the swarf on the hidden side.
When I pushed up the new nuts I managed to cut me little pinkies on the
sharp bits !!

Cheers

Use your door cards as a guide to where the holes need to be drilled.
If you can place a piece of wood behind where you going to drill, it stops you denting the outer skin. :)

and probably stops the swarf - if only I had any sort of logical brain.. :?

....if not vacuumed out of the door shell, the little filings will start to rust as well, and it all starts again..!

Thanks for replies, I don't have any door cards yet, any body got a pic of their door?
